- Public sandbox key (Bearer, IP rate-limited to 60/min, no signup): vantane_sandbox_public
- Sandbox delivery is always simulated; anonymous invoices are purged after 24h.
- `POST /v1/validate` and `GET /v1/capabilities` need no key at all.
